Payment Terms

Services are billed on a monthly basis, with the first month's fee payable in advance upon signing the agreement. Each agreement automatically renews each month. No refunds or credits for cancellations or unsatisfactory services are offered, but we will attempt to make reasonable accommodations to address service concerns.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to cover any additional costs related to their services, such as branding materials and software required for service execution. Clients must also provide necessary access to their digital assets and any other required information or materials to enable effective service delivery.

Adjustments to Service Offerings

We reserve the right to adjust our service packages to better fit the specific needs of your business model and structure. Any changes will be made fairly and with prior notification to ensure continued service effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Independence from Third Parties

Ascend Client Growth operates independently from any third parties such as influencers, partners, or other businesses. We are not liable for any third-party actions or services.

Non-disparagement and Confidentiality

Clients agree not to publicly disparage or disclose confidential information about Ascend Client Growth on social media or any other public platforms. This includes any information about business practices, service details, and internal processes.

Cooperation

Successful service delivery depends on the client's cooperation in providing timely access to necessary materials, passwords, and information.

Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of all original content produced, except where rights are granted to third parties under specific contract terms. All third-party agreements, particularly with influencers, must be independently negotiated regarding content ownership.

Amendments to Terms

Ascend Client Growth reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through mediation in the State of Washington, with both parties engaging in good faith to reach a resolution.
